They could keep more kitchen like nife, chopping board, etc. The telephone wasn't working. Other than everything was fine.

The location and availability of commodities and transportation. The staff and the room.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Its my favorite residence when I am in Bangkok. Not the first time. Really enjoyed it. The location is amazing and everything is close by.

The location only

I did not feel comfortable during my stay. I booked two rooms expecting a new and comfortable hotel, but I was disappointed.The first room, intended for two people, was very small. The wardrobe was not sufficient for two guests, and the bathroom was located in the living area, which was inconvenient.The second room could hardly be considered a proper room; it felt more like a storage space. It only accommodated a small bed with a very small wardrobe and had no other facilities.The bedding was old and uncomfortable, and the towels in the bathroom were clearly worn out, with loose threads visible.I requested an extra bed for my son, but the hotel informed me that it was not available, despite my stay being for 6 nights.The hotel asked for an additional payment to change the room, but the alternative offered was not better, as it only included a sofa bed in the living room.Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and did not match what was advertised.

Friendly, location and price.

Beds wasn’t so comfortable and our TV didn’t work with channels. We had to watch YouTube

Check out time 12:00 … No late check out given .. Even I ask during Check In and was approved to be given till 14:00 pm

Water leak from window when it was raining

The location is excellent and near to everything. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

The furniture became old and some of the seats in the living room need to be replaced with a new one.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately highly disappointing, primarily because the entire experience felt tailored exclusively to a single, specific demographic, leading to a profound lack of comfort for general international guests.The hotel's common areas and public spaces maintained a constantly chaotic and often overcrowded atmosphere. The energy and social dynamic within the hotel were intense, making us feel consistently uncomfortable and out of place, and severely limiting our ability to rest and relax.Despite the hotel being located in Thailand, signage and information were displayed in Arabic, This suggests a prioritization that does not cater to a broad international audience.Dining Limitations: The breakfast buffets were focused on Arabic cuisine.The neighborhood surrounding the hotel felt unwelcoming.In summary, this hotel is not suited for guests seeking a tranquil atmosphere, general tourist-friendly amenities, standard international food variety. Future guests should be aware that this establishment adjusted almost exclusively to a specific market.

Good staff,nice placeBowling was very helpful and nice young lady.She helped me with my locked bag quickly by calling the tecknision and the problem was solved.Thanks to this tecknision too.Cholly and Nim were there too.They too were nice .

The ac outside near the balcony was noisy and releasing hellish heat,so it was impossible to stay balcony or have fresh air from here.

There is no porter to carry the bags, and when I contacted the staff, they said that the hotel owner refused to hire more employees, which resulted in many visitors having to wait longer.

Good property, located on a very busy street. Sometimes its hard to get around but it is in the heart of nana..

It’s clean near Arabic restaurant,the staff good and helpful,good security when we order the food they bring to room

Half day face electric problem. No iron in room, the left always busy, they give us one card for each room what means if any one go down for any reasons he should take room card because the left not move with out and the room electric will close until he come back. Finally for check out before check out half our send what’s up to take our bags they not come even call them they late our car was down waiting for us to go airport so after late they let us pay for hotel parking because the parking with fees and we don’t know about this any way it’s not our mistake they make us late .

1- A 32-floor tower with only 3 mid-sized elevators, which leads to long waiting times for guests.2- When I requested a fruit knife, I was told it wasn't available due to a international hotel policy prohibiting it !!!3- I booked a room with a balcony, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a service area for the air conditioning units rather than a proper balcony.4- There was a lot of small ants in the room.5- The pictures of the room on Booking.com were misleading regarding the room’s actual size.6- The shower’s hot water was intermittent, and the towels were very worn out.

the location is at the heart of Sukhumvit road where all shops and restaurants are available.

Clean& comfortable friendly staff

The pool is lovely, there’s a nice business lounge and kids area, and a gym, and the room was very comfortable. Everything I needed. Close to Nana station on the BTS.
